Started our business with service oriented mindsets and with the team of committed and dedicated people within couple of years in 2016 we turned into Private Limited company with 15+ clients, 400 + vehicles, 40+ supervisor and among the top transport solution providers in New Mumbai.

We regularly conduct training for the administrative staff and drivers, with most modern facilities. Each of our employees undergoes two-month training on induction.

The training involves route map analysis, vehicle tracking, pick-up/drop co-ordination, safety measures, vehicle/driver co-ordination, and vehicle paper updating, vehicle inspection for road worthiness, restoring, and preparing MIS reports. Before recruiting the drivers, we scrutinize their physical and mental fitness, and conduct a proper driving test even though they have more than three years of driving experience. We not only stop here, but conduct a periodical training about the routes, Safety measures to be taken to avoid accidents, reactive procedures in case of accident/break-downs and behavior towards the clients. Our back office stores all the essential details and data of our drivers, including valid address proof, photographs and fingerprints.

Coming from a small village in Maharashtra, has started his journey in 2005 with one of the leading Transport vendors in the industry as a supervisor. Since then he has never looked back. He has grown from supervisor to site in-charge to operation manager, to key account manager and is an outstanding Manager. He is the one who knows every aspect of Transport business and knows both sides of the coin i.e. vendor and Transport admin from client side.
A small mistake from driver or vehicle can impact human life and business. From his vast experience of 14 years he had designed SOP for Operations. He is one of the well-known names in the industry. In 2011, he was a part of team who founded Employee Transport Company and since then with his commitment and hard work acquired major chunk of the total business in Navi Mumbai. This includes some of the big corporate giants like as LTI, GEP, ATOS Syntel, CITIUS, Here Solution, Eclerx, Accenture, and Capgemini. Banking giant’s i.e Axis Bank, IDFC Capital first Bank.
Like a true leader he always takes up leadership and sets an example for team to follow his footsteps. His skills in decision making are always appreciated by all quarters. His vision and innovative ideas to make business operations easy, provide safe and seamless services to all clients. He always welcomes ideas from colleagues and clients and even from competitors. A resourceful person in Organization. If anyone needs 100 cabs at any given time, he is the only person in this regard. He has contacts with all service providers in this industry. His vast experience of 12 years and friendly nature makes him a reliable and resourceful person in this industry. All the cabs drivers, even from different vendors, all the supervisors from different vendors hold a friendly relationship with him. His expertise is in setting up new sites and bringing it till daily operations. He is a master of night operations.


Mr. Siddhesh Parab

Started his career as data analyst in banking and insurance sector. Now, working with same organization as vendor and providing them transport services. Climbed ladder from corporate house to driver to acquire business knowledge and with one opportunity used his vast knowledge to handle almost 400+ cabs with 14 major clients. His relationship with clients is amazing, making him an important member in the core team. He holds the database from ground level transport admin to higher management for all clients and for different locations. Started from driver to supervisor to manage organizational operations. He is a key member in transport industry.



Mr. Rahul Gaikwad

One of the highly qualified resources of the company. Joined the industry in 2012 since then is fuel of Operations and keeping a close watch on all the daily fueling transactions by the company and arrange diesel for all the vehicles and ensures that all the vehicles should have enough fuel while they are on duty. Rahul is a man of principle. He holds the degree of. B.Ed and came in Mumbai with a dream of grooming career in teaching profession but landed in transport business and made his presence in this business. His journey from struggling days to ideal Operation Manager is really an inspiration to others. He is an asset to the organization.


Mr. Jay Gaikwad


If anyone would like to experience the GPS they can look at Jay. He knows entire city routes by the back of his palm. You can stand anywhere in Mumbai and call him to guide and he can take you to your destination with closest and safest path. Coming from a humble background, started his journey as cleaner for bus, then driver to supervisor to site-in-charge to Operation Manager. he never looked back. His punctuality, discipline is always appreciated. His vast experience in routing, clubbing always helped Transport admin team in optimization. Setting up new sites with ease is his expertise. At present he is looking after entire Bus Operation for the organization.


Mr. Jayendra Rajeshirke

Coming from Airline Industry where there is no scope for negligence in service level and has to maintain high degree of discipline. Jayendra is working as a Vigilance officer for our organizations, who monitors and maintains quality of Service we offer to our clients. He monitors whether driver is in uniform, ID, clean, well-mannered and whether vehicles are clean and equipped. If any of the driver or vehicles is not according to defined policies or process, strict action and fines are levied immediately. He can stand anywhere on any route and can have the surprise check. He can follow any vehicle to check his speed limit through his patrolling car.
